So sorry you hurt!!! I just made a chiro appointment this morning.... 5 months pregnant, and took my little guy and my friend's two littles to the park yesterday. And found out last minute my stroller was in my husband's car. My 8 1/2 month old is heavier than her 18 month old, so I popped my little guy in the Boba on my back, carried her little guy and the 4 year old walked. ALL the way to the park.
I'm super sore today, and am super excited to go get adjusted on Tuesday.

I've never been to a chiro - my hubby has, but I've never been.
I remember reading that its more dangerous to go to a chiro when pregnant...is that true??

What I would reeeeaaaallly love is a nice massage...mmmm....heaven.

No monies for that right now though, thankfully I have a hubby willing to massage me, and a nice hot bath for loosening the muscles.

My husband massages REALLY well, but it did not help a lot with all of the pain I had last pregnancy.
I actually never went to the chiro until I WAS pregnant. I told him I just know I don't want to feel how I did last time. He adjusted me and I was good for about a month, and I am overdue and hope this next time benefits me just as much as last time. Due to all my activity yesterday, across my tailbone is just aching today. He actually told me that he was only going to ask me questions the first time and then adjust me on second visit, but nothing he did to test my body hurt, so he adjusted me.

Guess I thought a chiro was possibly better covered by canadian insurance - no?

As for me, I've been pulled from work indefinitely, but the doctor will reevaluate on a weekly basis. As my u/s yesterday they discovered that I have low fluid levels. I was so not ready for this!!! He said if it doesn't resolve itself, we're looking at induction around 36-37 weeks or when the fluid gets below a certain point.

Hi everyone

My little boy was born 6 May, 7lbs 13ozs. He had to go to SBU as he was born with his cord around his neck and had swallowed lots of miconium while I was in labour. We were out of hospt after 5 days. He's come on a treat since then and for the purposes of being online I've given him a nickname of "Mi Corazon" or My heart.

I'm not online as much now as I am juggling feeding and sleeping patterns with looking after HRH but I'll be popping in when I can.

Mi Corazon is currently sleeping. He's very nocturnal right now and so will sleep during the day but want to keep everyone awake from midnight through to 5am.

I'm currently running on 2 cups of very sweet tea, two servings of cereal, toast, pregnacare vitamins, in order to legibly type this post.

Will be resting up a little later after the next feed about midday.
