This is a semi rant, semi put together thought. I was on youtube tonight, and I swear to you every single video I looked at in the comment section something was said about Justin Beiber. Every video. I looked up Queen, and there was justin beiber comments. I understand that people make fun of him, for whatever reasons, but seriously it's gotten a bit crazy. He's a kid. lol I don't know.. I just cant get myself to make fun of a kid. I don't care that his hair is styled, or that people think that he sounds like a girl, I think he sounds like a harmless kid who sings just like everyone else. But Im really tired of seeing comments about him on youtube and every where else I go!

He's overrated, but the people making fun of him are only helping build his reputation. I think that's hilarious.

You know what they say in show business, any publicity is good publicity.

It's annoying but just like every pop star, he'll eventually fade. Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, P!nk, Mark Anthony, Ricky Martin, and a billion other pop stars used to be everywhere but now no one cares. They may still be around but no one gives them any special attention. In a few years Beiber, Lady Gaga, and all the other filler will be gone and someone new will take their place.

In the meantime, bands like U2, The National, R.E.M., Radiohead, Interpol, The Killers, Fleet Foxes, and Vampire Weekend continue to remind me that great music IS out there, even if the public can't see it.

Exactly! I use to see stuff about Britney Spears everywhere now it's like "who's that?" lol

R.E.M and The Killers are amazing, and I wish I saw something good about them in the comments everytime I got on youtube. lol

It's like Lady Gaga: he's only around because people keep talking about him. Just live in a fantasty music world like I do: it's a world where Lady Gaga, Dave Matthews Band, Justin Beiber, and Nickleback don't exist. I love it there.
