This question is posed in seriousness. Can a born-again Christian be sent to Hell for their sin? I know that the only unforgivable sin is Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit (as per Matthew 12:31-2), so what becomes of a professing Christian who fails to repent and turn away from their sins before they die, like those mentioned in 1 Cor. 6-9? Are all of these individuals destined for Hell? What sin deems one as absolutely hell-bound?

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The answer most consistent with New Testament theology, in my view, is that blaspheming against the HS = disbelieving that Jesus is the messiah, as many did in his day. The HS has testified in Jesus' veracity and that is that.
I wouldn't worry about Christians committing an unpardonable sin. By definition, they can't. Christians are part of the body of Christ, and that ... is ... that. You gotta stop believing in a very decisive and final manner to risk losing so great a connection. God's grace runs deeper than most of us imagine.
