But to get into prophecy is so touchy with all the different views out there....but the end is coming!

I can tell you this for sure, there is coming a time that the government will not be there for you, a time when it will be hard to buy food, a time of unrest and civil disobedience

Yes there is and this is one of the things that is going on in our church. We have a lady that wants to be a preacher. I don't know what you think about that...I just don't see it in the Bible...but she is pushing herself to try to get into a position that doesn't belong to her. Almost like she wants to be the Pastor's wife and in charge.

this is one of those subjects out there, but i agree with you. I see its ok for her to teach but i think the bible states the man is the preacher, hes the leaderof the flock

I agree when there are enough men annointed and willing of God. There is a reason there are annointed lady preachers

Exactly WB.....we just see that she is worming her way in and she is going to Bible college but she says she is in seminary...and actually wants to be called a pastor

I know some lady missionaries that have led villages to the Lord. She was the only one there and God used her. But in a place where there are men...I believe he should be the head.

A pastor has a flock so unless she has that she may be a minister but not a pastor

exactly....but do you think that in someone that wants to be called a pastor using minister makes her still feel like she is a preacher?

i agree with you. a woman can be used of god. she can be a teacher, a missionary, and she can minister to others. Joyce meyer has a huge minisrty. I watch her sometimes though i do not agree with all she says, shes good, interesting, and funny. she calls herself a preacher.

someone else asked this question just the other day...and to me I kind of associate the two to be the same since people of different religions call them pastor or minister, elder, bishop and so on...

Yeah, I haven't really listened to Joyce Meyer. I know the name but I have changed a channel before and she was up there preaching away and just couldn't listen to it. Maybe I'm just old fashion of whatever, and maybe because of my upbringing in a pastor's home it's hard for me to get past that.

thats ok. i havent felt drawn to watch her in over a year. Two things she said bothered me. But she has touched and helped others in this life.
