well not trying to rain on your parade but I think I'm going with the Jets and I hate the J-E-T-S, Jets, I can't stand that Rex Ryan... but I can't stand that Roethlisberger even more.

I'm rootin for Green Bay in all this (go packs, go) becuase I can't stand the Jets, Chicago or Pittsburgh.

If it makes you feel better, my husband wants Pittsburgh to win the AFC and lose to Green Bay in the SB...

I have come to the realization that the NFL is one big ole occasion of sin to me, the way I'm hating on all these other teams.

Two separate accusations of rape and sexual assault against Roethlisberger has me suspicious.

I dont think the allegations went anywhere... so i am devoid of any opinion on that matter.
There are people out there who will lie, ya know. So i leave it up to the system - because i have no way of knowing what really happened.

That aside, if i were a football player [in this cold] i would wear a beard too.

Troy is my absolute favorite player....[ and he is Eastern Orthodox so thats a plus ] lol

Go home town Pottsville Maroons!! Oh wait they went away in the 1920's after they won the Championship, then beat the Notre Dame All Stars...establishing Pro Football as viable in the age when it was considered inferior to college and then had the championship stripped for doing it over a trumped up issue of playing in philly's region of control when the game was held at Shibe park.

So the Chicago Cardinals got the title but did not try to claim it because they knew the maroons deserved it. Then in 1933 the Bidwell family bought the Cardinals and took the title officially. Which is why they are horrible.

I live in Western PA, too, and have a lot of friends freezing their tails at the game today, wrapped in four layers of clothing. Ya just gotta know the loyalty of Steeler fans!!

Incidentally, the news this morning showed that tickets to this game ranged from mid $200 to mid $2,000. I'm not sure I'm THAT loyal!
