Funny that I just mentioned St Augustine then I went to a garage sale after I picked my son up from school and found a nice copy of St Augustines Confessions for a dollar.

Sola Scriptura means scripture alone. You can look at outside sources for some understanding, but those sources cannot overide scriptures. Period. Scripture alone is the source. The term "Solo Scriptura" was brought up on another thread in conjunction with "Sola Scriptura".
My own definition and view of "Solo" implies Scripture only and not going outside of what is Written while "Sola" means subscribing to both what has been Written and the Oral "traditions" of the ECFs and others that claim they were orally taught by the Apostles themselves.
So I would like to here from other Christians of all denominations on how they view the difference and I would like to quote a verse from Paul:
1 Corinthians 4:6 These-things, yet brethren, I after-figure into myself and Apollos thru/because-of ye, that in us ye may be learning the no above that which hath been Written/gegraptai <1125> (5769), that no one over the one ye may be puffed up against the other.

Where in scriptures does it say scriptures alone is the source?
Scripture is given by the Holy Spirit who is the true source of all scripture, so wouldnt abiding in the words of the Holy Spirit be the same as abiding in the Holy Spirit's words of truth and who also is the truth?
There's so many times I see people confusing two issues.
One is "Scripture is inspired by God"
The other is "Scripture is the only thing inspired by God"
You argue the first to show the second, and they're different.
I don't deny that scripture has the truth. This doesn't exclude other sources, such as Holy Tradition.
So I ask again, where in scripture does it say only to use scripture?

Tell me of this holy tradition using scripture to show how it speaks of it, I know there is whats called Holy scripture I cant find this holy tradition.
Can you point out the verse which speaks to it?
I do see "the traditions" Paul speaks of which is after a manner of walk, life and behavior but not otherwise.
That which Paul approved of
He doesn't say that. He says to keep to both.Paul wrote down those traditions that he approved.
Who's unwritten "T"radition is the holy Tradition?
Paul says so in the Bible to keep to that which was taught by Scripture and tradition
He doesn't say that. He says to keep to both.
Now I praise you, brethren, that you remember me in all things and keep the traditions as I delivered them to you (I Corinthians 11:2)
Therefore, brethren, stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by word or by our epistle (II Thessalonians 2:15)
Note the word 'or'
So you think that instead of answering my question, it's best instead to ask me something instead?
Which pertains to the words of scripture which were in accord with his manner of life (as the tradition is shown after a manner of walk, and behavior) meaning a walk after Christ which is in accord with Christ (which is after godliness) not a form of it.
Why not post it for everyone to see it in its context?
