... is hard to do. I think we're all going to miss our beloved show!

But I'm gonna miss you Losties too. So, where are y'all going from here? What shows are you going to be following closely now? Will you still post on CF or have you already let go and moved on?

I'll be here in the Small Screen forum, probably following all the reality shows (Survivor, Amazing Race, American Idol) and my Lost replacement, Fringe. I'll probably also pop into the Lost forum and re-read old threads when I get nostalgic. Don't judge. :p

If anyone is moving on and wants to keep in touch, you can find me at [my user name above] at gmail dot com. :D

Not sure what I'll be doing.

I haven't been watching a lot of tv for a long time... although I do plan on catching Big Brother and SYTYCD.

My time has been consumed with school studies, but that'll end at the end of June. It's been almost 3 years that I've been at this, so I'll have time on my hands. Mrs. Redguard has a few (dozens) projects around the house that she's been waiting on me to do. I also have a tonne of books that I want to catch up on.

Who knows... I might still find myself here once in a while. :)

I'm still kinda holding out hope that Fringe will become what I think it could be and will be well-loved. There's potential... Maybe even a Fringe forum here one day, huh? hehe.
Other than that, I'm waiting to see what Abrams has up his sleeve. As for TV, the only shows I'm still watching regularly are House, Big Bang Theory, Dirty Jobs and Myth Busters these days.

I have basically moved on from CF, you see, I used to be a Rep harlot but I'm so over it now...I spend most of my time on facebook (some of you are over there already and I see you there =D)....the only thing I come back to is the Small Screen...I will do reality shows (can't wait for the next Big Brother!!) and some primetime shows like Grey's Anatomy, V, and Desperate Housewives to name a few...I'll never forget you guys!!! You are the some of Heart of CF for me!!!

I like this. If the light in the cave was the heart of the island, this forum and all you guys have been the heart of CF.

So don't pull the plug! ^_^

I'll be looking forward to the next big thing from J.J. Abrams, and Fringe and V, and of course Big Brother. Redguard, I hope you'll come back for that one too! And I am on Facebook, so if you want to find me there, drop me a note!

(Everyone should gang up on Red and make him get a FB :p)

Fringe is a very good show but it really can't compare to LOST imo. LOST was good because it was so mythic . It was kind of like todays version of the Illiad, Shahnamah, or Ramayana . A lot like the original Star Wars movies.

I never saw Star Wars, but I agree with everything else!

Apart from 'Lost' and 'Flash Forward' (one ended, the other to end shortly) I don't watch that much television anymore. I grew utterly disgusted with the way in which nobody was willing to dare a bit and branch out from the conventional by more than the tiniest of fractions, and how everything that did show a bit of promise immediately generated two or four spinoffs or clone programs. (Like CSI and its spinoffs and copycats, or Stargate and its various mutations.) The last one that did branch out even more than a smidgeon was 'Jericho'...and it...well...died. I actually have little hope that anything capable of attracting my attention again like 'Lost' or 'Flash Forward' will come out again anytime soon.

You never saw Star Wars? *insert jaw drop smiley here*

I know, isn't that crazy? I'm such a geek too, but I feel like I'm going to have my membership revoked if I don't get on the ball soon.

I have to say I'm really surprised no one has started a Fringe thread yet in the Small Screen section. So I'm gonna start one and I'll hope y'all will join me there. )

Yay! I'll be there. We had a thread over a year ago, but it died.

If there is another show that catches on like Lost will you stick with it? I tried watching other shows before ,but they got canceled after one or two seasons.

I gave Lost many chances. I got into it after the mysterious numbers. After season 3 it got slow then during season 5 it got exciting again. Waiting 8 or 9 months between seasons was not easy!

Season 6 was the most slowest, unexciting season, but I made myself watch because I wanted it to be good.

I would like to find another show like Lost, but I don't want to be disappointed again.

I'm still here regularly...as in daily...in a few sections of the forum and I have a FB account under my original user name here. (LovesToRead) It's mostly with CF people and I've met some nice new people from friends of friends.

I'm watching Flashforward and posting in that thread and, like Red, am looking forward to SYTYCD. We'll see if anything else comes up that looks interesting.

I think it would be interesting to still come here and post our thoughts. I've read that there's fan fiction out there (haven't seen it though) about Lost...so, who knows, maybe we might come here and say things about what we had thought might happen...Again, we'll see.

It's been great, and I hope to still see you all here now and then.

Snooch I think it's a possibility and a great idea to start a Fringe forum, I love the show and i'd love to find out what the rest of you think :) im gonna miss reading your theories of lost :( I know i didnt post much, sorry for that.

You were always fun to have here

Come join the Fringe thread in the Small Screen forum. It probably won't get a lot of action until the season starts up again in the fall though.

Hey all, I fell behind on watching lost after about the 8th episode this season, became busy with other stuff going on in my life, and just never got round to catching up until this weekend, so sorry haven't been posting much these last few weeks.

I probably don't post as much as most, but I've read these threads a lot over the last few seasons, and really enjoyed it here and reading everyone's thoughts.

I shall miss you all! Thanks for making this place what it was :)

I think the whole letting go and moving on theme in Lost was a lame excuse to try to get us to forgive them for ending the series so poorly. I was pretty disappointed with how they built everything up so great but then ended it poorly. Come on
