CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

How cool would it be though to say that you live in the Full House house?! They probably love having pictures taken there.
When he first did "On a Night Like This," he only wrote one verse for the song. When he released his last CD, he did a new version of the song with a second verse. You probably have the new version, though? Dave used to come and do concerts in my town all the time. He's become mainstream enough now where he probably won't be back. My favorite concert ever was a Dave Barnes concert, with a couple hundred folks crowded into "the burrow," a small little lounge-type room with a stage. He was absolutely hilarious, and a great performer.

I have both!!! My biggest problem with it on Chasing Mississippi (which, btw, is the BEST CD EVER!!!!) is that it was so short. Does it kinda remind you of a Christmas song at the beginning?? "On a night like this..." that line, sounds SO MUCH like it could be the beginning for a Christmas lullaby, haha.
Oh gosh!!! He is seriously one of the funniest people EVER. A few years ago, I was able to sit down and talk to him about his faith and why he chose to not be a "Christian musician".. if you go to youtube and type in dave barnes pianoplayer0o it will pop up. That conversation had such a huuuuge impact on my life. He's amazing. I love him. !!!

My mom sent me a package with some money and this note. so i pulled a dave and went to the beach to take this picture.
stacy, lala and i took ramona to the beach to play one night. i spent forever trying to get a decent picture using the various settings on my camera. i need a better camera. but i got this one of lauren.
emily and i ordered one tree hill season six, and then proceeded to have a marathon watching it. friday night we were downstairs until 3 am. saturday we turned her room into a cave. we were hungry, so she made us food.
