CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

or you can just be late to school b/c you had the crap beat out of you by some punk kids, hide in a bookstore, steal an old and creepy but interesting book, be late to school, skip class, hide in the attic of your school (whose school has an attic with cool old junk in it?), discover the magic of your imagination through reading and then findout that your imagination has taken over and become an alternate reality with a luckdragon that loves you!

Oh geez they are just budgies hon!
We used to have several but now we just have cockatiels and a blue headed pionus.
(Sorry I've grown up around birds my whole life and it always weirds me out when someone is afraid of birds.)

These, especially, are AWESOME!!
Although, the teddy bear peaking over the edge of the L&F bucket was priceless. I hope his owner reclaimed him.

Kirk, I've also grown up with animals, and I don't get the fears of mice/rats/birds either. They're harmless when wild, and very gentle and affectionate as pets. When's the last time you heard of someone being mauled by a roving pack of budgies? LOL
I can't see Steph's pics at work!!! Can't wait to get home and see them

Inka - That is how his hair turns out when I put sunscreen on his head, so he doesnt get burnt becasue he refuses to wear hat. And we do love animals, he just wasnt very sure about being so close.
