More Fellowship with Soph and Friends

Had a nice day today! Went to Mackinac Island and it was perfect weather...sunny with a clear blue sky and the scenery was spectacular both on the boat and the island. I took a carriage ride around, did some site-seeing and walked down the steep hill by the Ft. Mackinac, and I bought some fudge....can't go there without getting the famous Mackinac Island fudge, and I went to an Italian restaurant for dinner.

haven't been to a good italian restaurant in a long time probably because I haven't had anyone to enjoy a good italian dinner with lately

Well, they had a deal where I could get three pounds for a low price, so I bought some peanut butter, maple walnut, and chocolate turtle...I will probably give some of it away to friends or family members. I'm not much of a fudge person.

I like fudge but it lasts a long time as I just have a piece now and then. I still have a chocolate easter bunny from 2007 that looks fine in the package sealed waiting for my to bite its ears off

I remember when I was a kid mom used to get the small pecan pies from bama for a nickel each they were blems they were getting rid or and we froze them and ate them that way
