The dragon is satan not the beast of Revelation 13, it says so in revelation 12:9.

Rev 12:3Then another sign appeared in heaven: an enormous red dragon with seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns on his heads.

Of course it's satan but it's also the beast because satan gives the beast his power and authority:

Rev 13:1And the dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. He had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on his horns, and on each head a blasphemous name.


Rev 13:2The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion. The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority.

This is not a future event, satan has already been cast out of heaven with 1/3 of the stars (angels),

Yes, satan fell PRE-EDEN! But he hasn't been cast down to the realm of the earth. He is currently "in high places". He can still accuse the brothers just like he did with Job.


Eph 6:12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Jesus is the man child and He has already been born, He died, rose from the dead, and Has already been caught up to His throne.

He was not snatched away, out of the devil's reach, at the moment of his birth. The woman who gave him birth did not go into hiding in the desert to be taken care of by God for 42 months. It's future! It is the Body of Christ who will rule and reign with him.

If we could get it through our heads there is no pretrib rapture then we wouldn't have all these other false beliefs popping up to try and confirm it.

We would have to deny scripture in order to believe that. You haven't proven anything with scriptures, just stated opinions.

If me, my point is that satan was kicked out of the heavenly realm where God is but has a principality in the heavens/air from which he will be kicked down to the realm of the earth.

Well, I think Jesus actually saw satan get kicked out of the level of heaven where God is before Eden. I think Jesus actually saw him fall from heaven. He hasn't yet been "banished" to the realm of the earth yet though.

I guess that depends on the point Jesus is making in this passage....


In my personal opinion, the point he's making is that satan lost his authority and power when he fell from heaven and that God has given us authority over the devil through Jesus and the power of God.

I do think that he actually saw satan fall from heaven pre-Eden.

What do you think the point that Jesus was making is?

I don't understand...it appears that you think that satan fell from heaven when Jesus was killed.

Satan was in Eden, deceiving Adam and Eve. He had to have fallen before Eden. Adam and Eve "fell" when they made the choice to disobey God. Satan "fell" when he made the choice to be proud and try to unseat God.
Jesus saw satan fall before Eden. He saw him stripped of his authority to be among those who stood before God and actually fell from that realm of heaven.
