HS - your hair is beautiful. It looks great shorter. It's very similar to my do, when I haven't put stuff in it to curl it up heaps. Although yours is longer than mine, mine has layers like that and it is so much easier to care for. Mine was really long too, and it felt like a blanket on my back. It's never going to be that long again.


Beth your daughter has as much hair as my 3 year old does.

While hers is longer, it looks about the same thickness. I put her hair in little braids (one on each side) little tiny ones, with the rest of the hair out. For some reason it makes it look like she has more hair.

I am getting Elijah's first shot in a couple weeks... its going to be some combination that includes pertussis...

Maya is sick, it might be "fifth's disease" but I am not sure yet.

David has been stuck at home with the sick Maya and he's getting bored and wants adventure. I have a feeling he won't get adventure tomorrow either, the poor bug...

I've been concentrating on getting rid of "stuff" in my house. I detest clutter and am doing my 6 month purge. I'm also trying to think of how I can give my apartment a nice look without actually spending money. Ideas are failing me at the moment. You know, it's really hard to furnish one's home from garage sales and thrift stores with out making one's home look like a garage sale/thrift store. We'll get there someday.

I'm also just trying to keep up on laundry--pee and spitup on everything! I change my clothes more than I change hers!

Oh, and I was finally able to felt my wool pieces and will start sewing her little pillow together tomorrow!

Is anyone getting ready for Christmas? I almost fell out when I heard Christmas music in a store last week. Although I have to say I'm excited this year with having Grace, there is a new meaning.
