Ever felt this way about a band?

...that you want it/them to disappear off radio waves and what not?
I do.
Why?
1.Their music sucks-Each damn song-you've heard one ONCE, and you've heard them all.
2. Some user on Y!A had to audacity to attack me for my opinion on this crappy band

Yep...I'd wish they'd disappear sometimes...LIKE NOW.



I can name at least 100+ bands and artists and musicians that are better than this band.


Not to mention; I'm tired of them polluting up the airwaves and a few of my fave stations, at that.

See, this is why I don't listen to the radio except for NPR/public radio (and sports-related radio).

It's easy to not care when you avoid it.

That is precisely why I don't listen to the radio. Ever. I still have a handful of hates though, like Three Days Grace and the plethora of terrible alternative bands that sound exactly like them (to me at anyway).

Have you actually listened to these "shades of turd"?
I'm not a huge rap/hip hop fan, and I didn't really grow up with it, but I have to say that Common, Tupac, are definately worth a listen.

Well, then... why don't we all stop listening to The Doors [Mr. Morrison's dead], The Jimi Hendrix Experience [RIP Redding & Hendrix], The Beatles [Lennon, Harrison]...

If you're entire collection of "good" music is based on whether the person's dead or not, you certainly are missing out.

And anyone who judges music by such narrow parameters isn't even worthy of taking suggestions from. Sorry, its the truth. You completely weakened any potential argument by using "the dead guy" argument.

P.S. Common as far as I know, is alive and well.
