Ughhh...woke up sick this morning. I splurged on breakfast (don't ask lol) cause I was upset and feeling sorry for myself. I have a digestive disorder that causes me to randomly get sick after eating, and I got sick after breakfast, so...all that bad food didn't really count lol.
I just had a bowl of cereal for my "2nd" breakfast.
I don't plan on working out today. It seems like, every time I start a new exercise program, I get sick.

Have you tried the good ole' alter your caloric intake to throw off your body method? Like one day take in 1200 calories, next 1800, next 1400 next 1600 next 1200? It's worked for me when I plateued. But you are right, it's much better to do some kind of excercise with diet for maximum results.Thanks!
Ooh, I've also lost another pound. I think I've lost all the weight I'm going to lose by changing my diet alone, which is why I'm really determined to add in the cardio.
How're you doing on that last 5 pounds? How much time do you have left again?

I vote we start posting progress pics to serve as 'benchmarks' to keep ourselves accountable to.
I can say from personal experience that when a whole bunch've people have seen me at a new 'best,' it serves as a powerful incentive to keep working and not indulge in thoughts of letting myself slip...for fear of letting them down.
What do you guys think?
