Why should we believe you? You haven't yet shown that atheists worship nature (let alone anything further than that). You've given an argument that various people have skewered in various ways. You've tried to counter some of those arguments, but mostly you're pretty good at ignoring opponents' responses. Do we all have to keep posting and reposting our points until you either respond or just pack a sad and close the thread?

To repeat: are you or are you not claiming that Psalms 14 & 53 are defining "fool" to be equivalent to "atheist"?

I'll stick with my original point --- science validates science.

Why? We've just shown that that's false.

That'd be like if someone showed that your interpretation of the Bible was wrong but you insisted on believing it anywa... Oh, right. Never mind, carry on... Don't let the facts get in the way of a good belief!

You missed my point dear... matthew henry's notes just commentary on the Bible? That's still only one source. I'm not asking if the bible says atheists are fools, i'm asking how one would actually prove atheists are fools?

I know who Henry Moris is, but I'm not familiar with any evidence that he's presented other than he's criticism of evolution, rather than proof of creation. Once again, doubt of one thing is not proof of another.

I believe AV feels that the bible is proof in and of itself, and if the bible says it, then it is true. Even if it does not appear to be true when you start looking at actual people.

Indeed --- when I first came here, my signature was something like:

• If it disagrees with the King James Bible --- it's wrong.

Or, to put it another way ---

• If reality says one thing, and the King James Bible says differently --- reality can take a hike.

In short, I've been saying that for years.

Why don't you just put all those things together in your signature? I like them along with your current signature, and that other thing you always say, something like "If i want to prove atheism wrong, all I need is the first verse of the bible" or something like that.

Because if I did, then people would have to scroll to see all my signatures; and I don't think they would do that.

When I was a member of the Star Alpha Dream Team, I was given a signature that took the whole field, and thus had to get rid of my current signature.

I was so sorry to see my signature go, I asked if it was alright if I could drop the Team Banner and have my "God did it --- that settles it back."

Later, when I made the statement, "Science can take a hike," I wanted it so badly that I decided to drop my old caption "Defender of the Faith," and put that in its place.

My other considerations for my caption were:

• Tough on Science.
• Tough on "Science."
• Tough on Scientists.
• Tough on "Scientists."
• Tough on Atheists.
• and Tough on Atheism.
