Please pray for my son and his marriage - sadly he's caused it great harm and is now dealing with the repercussions.

Sam isn't converted and I truly believe the only way he'll become the husband and father he should be is if he truly repents and confesses Christ as Lord and Savior.

Praying for the Holy Spirit to embrace him in love and grace and bring him back home to Christ. May our Lord Jesus bring peace to his family and to you my friend.

He and his family will continue to be in my prayers and that God will give you comfort and surround you in his loving arms Edie.

Please lift p my son in prayer today as he has a brain cat scan for severe headaches he's been having for the last 3 months Thanks in advance for ya'lls prayers . . .

Father, we lift Gazelle's son up to You. We pray for the blood of Jesus to cover him, and for a hedge of protection around him, 1 Peter 1:2; Job 1:5, 10.

Now in the name Jesus, I rebuke and break every curse of darkness against him. I declare that these are null and void, dust and chaff with the glory of God chasing them away. I declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and nothing by any means shall harm him. I declare every ungodly attack against him is stopped, Is. 54:17; Luke 10:19; Ps. 63:9-11; 83:13.

Father, thank You that it says that by Jesus' stripes we are healed, 1 Peter 2:24. Father, let Your healing presence be on him now to touch him and deliver him from evil.

I have prayed for your son, his wife and their marriage. I pray for healing and restoration, for endurance, perseverance, forgiveness and strength. I pray that what the enemy meant for evil, that Father God will use it for good according to His Word, for your daughter in law, who loves Him and your son will be snatched out of the enemy's grip and wax strong in the Kingdom of God and fulfill his destiny in Christ in Jesus name.

I'm sorry that I haven't been here the last couple of days, I have spent little time on CF due to the problems, but I will keep each one of you and your families in my prayers. God knows the concerns and situations of each of his children and our greatest blessings come from Him. May he restore and comfort each one mentioned and guide them in all wisdom and mercy.

Seeing a request on another forum for someone with a brain tumor makes me think of my son, who works for Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK).

He has been working on an anti-tumor drug. It is now in it's final test stages for FDA approval.

Please pray for this to get through the trial and become available soon. It would offer hope to thousands of people.

Honestly, it's something that has been on my heart for years. I have asked the Lord repeatedly to help us find something. I never thought He would use my son, but here it is. My son did not invent this drug, just has been helpful in getting it through the trials more quickly and also in manufacturing it.

Please pray blessings on him as well. His name is Don. Pray for God to use him and protect him. I have believed for years that God was going to use him in some way to bless others.

God is so good. He is just so good.

I love the way He loves each of us. It says He calls us each by name, He calls us each His own. We are His beloved.

Some years ago I was hungry for God. I was on fire--I couldn't get enough of just worshiping Him, meditating on His word, studying my bible. I just wanted to be in His presence continually. I wanted Him to change me and make me more into what He wanted me to be.

Of course I was attacked. I was told that I was too close to God. The Lord sent me a vision of myself on a mountain during that time, which I describe in my blog. Something else happened, too, which I am going to describe here because I believe that it might encourage someone.

I was so hurt. I remember sitting at my kitchen table, just looking outside, trying to come to terms with the attacks against me. I was so down. I couldn't believe that Christians could treat another Christian this way, even making up lies about me.

As I continued to think and stare outside, suddenly there was an angel in front of me. I couldn't see him with my physical eyes, but I saw him with my spiritual eyes. He was tall, maybe 10 feet. He had a message for me, just a few words, and then he was gone.

His words were, "Consider who you are."

I was overwhelmed but I began that moment thinking about who I am in Christ.

I am my Father's daughter.
I am beloved by my God.
I am His jewel.
I am His little lamb.
I am His pearl of great price.
I am royalty.
He loves me with an everlasting love. He calls me His own. He will never leave me or forsake me.

My sister, my brothers in Christ, be encouraged.

Consider who you are.

Yesterday I was at the funeral for someone in my church who died of cancer. Please pray for his family, and for his dear wife. They are really broken up.


Another related request--

I hate cancer. It is a terrible disease, ravaging lives, gouging families of their precious ones.

Many years ago I began praying for God to help us find a cure. He is answering that prayer, I believe, as research continues. Most startling to me, He has been using my oldest son to help find a cure against cancerous tumors, including breast cancer.

My son works for a pharmaceutical company, GSK. There is a new drug which looks extremely promising.
He didn't invent it, but has invented the manufacturing process and also used statistics to help get it through the test trials about a year quicker. It is now in the third stage of FDA trials.

Could you help me pray for this drug to get through the last trial more quickly? So far it looks more effective than any other treatment. So many people need it. Could you help me pray for them?
