It doesn't actually take 20 votes to get a sub-forum. (The 20 figure was what Letalis told us regarding how many members it would take for the Progressives to qualify for their own separate forum.) The poll can show that there's some interest, but it's up to the super-admins who review the requests in Request New Forums to decide whether to create a new sub-forum.

I plead ignorance regarding the social forum aspirations - but if you think I'm going to vote in something that has only "yes" and "sure" as the choices, you must empathize with my observation that this poll is just a bit ... loaded?
