You seem to be confused, here. See, the role of an adviser is to advise. The person being advised weighs the input he receives and makes a decision based on his own judgment. It is possible to take advise from someone you disagree with on a number of things. It is clear that Obama values Wright's spiritual advise, even if he disagrees with Wright's stance on racial relations.
Ahh, so we are to trust that Obama will listen to good advice and reject bad advice? Who advised him to censure turkey? Who advised him to use the same "cowboy diplomacy" that he lambasted Bush for when Obama talked about invading Pakistan? And what, exactly, sort of spiritual advice did Wright give Obama? And why, if he still valued his spiritual advice, did he so quickly dump him from the campaign instead of saying, "here's a few dozen sermon tapes that I agree with and have helped me in my walk with the Lord."?
LOL Now you claim to know the hearts of others? Dannager, if you knew me or even read my posts these past few months, you'd know that's not the case. I much preferred Obama over Hillary, as I think he's generally an honest guy. He's got no major skeletons in his closet, no Whitewater or drunk driving arrest or fishy Purple Hearts. I think he's fairly up front, as opposed to Lady MacBeth, and I've said as much. Now the heat is on him, and how he handles this situation will reflect how he handles similar incidents should he get elected.
I prefer him as well. I can't stand to look at Hillary and listening to her makes me want to claw my ears off. And, Obama's a White Sox fan. But he's also a liberal and that makes him bad for America. Better than Hillary, but bad overall.
