In the past when we've gone to Traverse City we've had hand dipped chocolate covered cherries - made with cherries just off the tree. They're pretty darn good too

LOL! He was very lucky to have gotten it back! If that had happened on one of the roller coasters at some other parks such as the ones at Disney in Fl, his prosthesis would probably ended up in the swamp!

The people on that antique car ride must have been going through all sorts of emotions, from freaking out, possibly grossing out and then a storm of laughter! hahaha

I guess I am warped too....

ooohh... I know that area! I lived in Kent for a while several years ago, and have a friend there though I rarely get to see her.

I love the story. That would be a shocker! lol

There was an added warning on the roller coaster rides in Florida to remove prosthesis. Also anyone wearing a cast could not ride on the ride. I guess that must have happened in other places for the warning to be adjusted.

I probably would have laughed also, then offered to help. I have a warped mind.

Good morning everyone. We're going to the marshes today to see wildlife exhibits and learn about the alligators. Reading that post about that poor family cruising along in an antique car when a prosthetic leg fell has me rofl -- hope none of the alligators in the swamp pops up with a leg in its mouth. Hope everyone has a wonderful day.
