CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Funny story.
My ExGF back in high school and I were in the car with my uncle (from Colorado).
He was in the seat in front of us, turns around, looks her right in the eye and says "the thing about Jim beam is, girls come and go, but Jim will ALWAYS be there for me and Ian."
The man was so right about her.

A girl asked me if I was taking midol yesterday as I was taking some Tylanol Cold.And y'all wonder why we're so emotional.

I walked into another teacher's classroom last week and handed him a limeade from Sonic. I told him they missed up on my order and gave me an extra drink ans asked if he wanted it. One of his students looked up and said "why did they give you an extra drink?" I said "because I'm just that dang sexy." Then I walked out.

Is that just an excuse for not asking that one volunteer girl out?My last date date, was about 10 months ago. There have been some ladies that I have hung out with. Most of the ladies I meet are through my job, and I have to be really careful about mixing work, with pleasure.
