But the framers of the Supreme Law of this land would be high fiving him right now and demanding that Obama and the others suffer the penalty of the treason they have committed against us.

I would still vote for RonPaul as a write in! There is just no other intelligent choice. I know a heck of a lot of others that are going to do that too.

I think there has been FAR too much 'interpreting" of the Constitution by the communists in the Supreme Court. Can you say "imminent domain"? And gun control?
