Jimmy Page for sure. However, I was also heavily influenced by Pete Townshend, who I always thought was an incredibly good rhythm guitarist, and had an unusual style of play.

Depends on the style of music I'm listening to. Anything from Christopher Parkening to Eric Clapton to Steve Vai and B.B. King. If I had to narrow it down to just one, though, I'd have to take Stevie Ray Vaughan.

Allen Collins.(feel the eyes rolling...lol)he used lil to no effects. and especially on the Street Survivors Album he was playing some pretty unique and well thought out lines.
And it seems un-cool to even mention Eddy anymore...lol.this is strange to me being that I'm playing 29 yrs now and hes one of the few 'popular' players that I still sit down and have to work some of his riffs out.instead of the usual you hear it (while away from a guitar)and kinda picture it(even guessing the key sometimes)like we all do.
his stuff can be pretty fluid...
