Yep. It's 'Lets try and quit smoking' time again

Had one so far today, but not gonna go much longer

mangaed 6 hours which is pretty amazing really.

But this is for real and is serious

Have been on up to 30 a day

Sunday down to 14

Yesterday down to 12

Not gonna be quitting today and there's no point me saying I'll try, because it aint gonna happen

What i will say is that I am now committed to this process and that the day I quit is not far away and getting ever closer.

For now I'll settle for smoking as little as possible.

If I can get to noon (20 minutes away) I'll call that good going.

Never intended to. Apart from anything else, I'm feeling pretty edgy and ratty atm, and there is no way I'm taking this mood home to laura tonight. She doesn't deserve that.
