Big Brother time again!

She is on west coast time which means a 2 hr. delay!

There's still Hawaii and Alaska. I would never presume that just because I had watched it that everyone else had. Just a thought.

And as far as Danielle, I think what she was so upset about it that everyone blames her actions on her dad when clearly she is the smarter one & more peaceful!

I think it's the other way around. Dustin was blaming her for her Dad running interference. So far, I've seen no one blame her Dad for what she has done. I don't necessarily think she's smarter than her Dad, he's pretty skilled at playing the game. She may be more "peaceful", but only because Daddy does her dirty work for her. That was really Dustin's point. ED's a bully and I've seen Daniele (like last night when her Dad was chewing Eric out in the hot tub) just sit there and watch her dad lay into people, essentially fighting her battles for her. And there have been several ocassions when she starts to confront Jen about her behaviour and as soon as Dick hears what's going on, goes over and finishes the job off. That's what he did when he poured the icetea on Jen's head. Frankly, I think part of the reason why he does this for her is because he's trying to curry favour with his daughter so she'll welcome him back into her life.

As far as spoilers go, in the past we've always gone by the rule that we don't discuss spoiler information until at least after the show has finished airing on the west coast, and preferably using tags until the following morning for people who can't watch live. I think that's held up fairly well for us, so it would be my recommendation.

I don't for sure what time the shows air in HI and AK, but they are 2 hours behind West Coast time. So if it's 8:00 PM Pacific it's only 6:00 out in HI and AK. I doubt they air primetime then.

I never did say that Daniele is like her dad. I just said that he fights her battles for her. She doesn't have to ask. He just steps in and does it. But....she doesn't stop him either. I think she likes the support he gives her. Makes her feel like she has an ally. I'll have more respect for her when she tells her dad to shut up and let her take care of it, or puts him on the block! Eventually, somebody will have to.

I agree. A lot of people aren't home when it airs, so they watch the recording later on. But by the next morning, I think is ok since we can't wait forever! If I don't watch it for a day or two which happened this past week, I just don't click on the thread until I've watched.

Sorry you guys, but I just do not like Dick. Maybe I've come across too many people in my life with his personality type, but it turns my insides whenever I see him verbally attacking people the way he does on the show. He is the kind of person that I would avoid like the plague if I were to meet him, or anyone like him, in real life.

Right now, I think that Dustin is my favourite player.

I completely agree. I don't like Dick. Yeah, I'm glad he wants to work things out with his daughter, but you know.... if he weren't so abusive to her to begin with, there wouldn't be anything to work out. Search for his MySpace page (Evel Dick) and if he's left the posts up you'll see what I mean.

And yes, Dustin is my favorite, followed by Jameka. I didn't used to like Jessica, but she's grown on me.

I'm surprised I haven't seen anyone mention their surprise at the fact that Jen gave up $250K of her potential winnings during the POV competition.

And as for the stinky stuff that some of them have to pour on themselves... they have to do this EVERY hour! Does that mean that they'll never get more than an hour's sleep?

I think Jen will probably never have to fulfill that obligation with the $250k -- she'll never make it to the end.

But yeah I do think they only get an hour's sleep for that 24 hour period they have to dump the funk on themselves. They did something like that last year I think, with videos submitted by viewers that were wake-up calls or something? An alarm went off and they had to keep getting up each time, no one slept that night.

My.02 again on ED is that he is the type person that CAN change imo. Would I hang out with him on a regular basis probably not but would I turn my back on him, no. With Jen & Dustin I see them not ever changing the way they are. And I can't figure out for the life of me why Dustin keeps saying he is taking his girlfriend here & there????????? I posted about this in one of the BB threads, don't remember which right now. She attributed most of the comments to her mother, but also said that they were true of "every Jewish person" she knows. She called them selfish and greedy and a host of other things. It was very sad.

Jameka was trying to tell her not to make blanket statements like that, but I don't think Amber got it.

HA! That would be awesome! I am counting down the time till it comes on tonight. BB8 after Dark had some interesting stuff on it last night. Something went down..didn't catch it all. I can't wait to see it tonight to see what it is!

And Red I get what yoiur saying but think about this: We as women say girlfriends as our friends with no sexual conitation like you said. Dustin is saying girlfriend why wouldn't he say boyfrined anways? Do they not do the same thing?? As in say boyfriend and it not be in a sexual way? You really think Dick would "obey" America? Now Tameka would have to pray about it first, but then figure if the producers chose her, it came from God and was all apart of His plan. "It's all decided anyway".
