Trying to fit into a new church.

We are new to this city and searched for a church until we found one about a month ago we thought could work for us. We are truly eager and ready to settle in to a congregation. It is very difficult even though the staff reaches out...people aren't all that friendly to newcomers in general even in smaller groups within the church. Yet, we like this church and would like to stay and not to have to keep looking.
