I say this in love...but why would you give high regard to a secular song which probably does not glorify God? when he has exceedingly much for us and he poured out his love for us by sending his son to die for us?
I guess the people could percieve the lyrics in good way too...but i would rather it came from the heart of song writer in tune with God... ....pls dont "hate" on me for this! ...just felt i had to say it...i am probably the most unworthy creature to receive his mercy and love!

No offence taken. Speaking for myself, I wouldn't say that I give 'high regard' to a secular song. However, the ones I mention (unfortunately) are more 'in tune' (no pun intended) with how I feel about love and life in general at the moment. :-(

Hey Hoosier...thx for the response...tho I wasn't just referring to you but yeah...I was all about the secular scene at one time but now have just lost interest in all that...just seem like empty and foolish words if you ask me... anyway...i sure hope you will feel much better than you are now...fill your heart and mind with the goodness of God...only he satisfies...everything else is vainful and a waste..
