I predict that Juliet's last name is Widmore. I originally thought maybe she was related to Libby, but that just doesn't sit right with me.
And remember, we don't know for sure that Penelope is looking for Desmond. Maybe she's looking for Juliet

That's a good one!

I predict that the person Desmond is speaking to when he says, "No matter what I try to do, you're going to die" is Claire. I think it's related to her little face-plant in the ocean.

Thursday I talked to Mrs Burger and a friend and made the comment that "We don't know Desmond is actually prophetic, maybe it has something to do with time travel."

Friday/Saturday the backmasking of the Room 23 music came out, which further solidifies my idea that time travel might play a part.

Big prediction:

Jack will remain a prisioner of the others and by the end of season 5 he will be the sole surviving person from the oceanic flight!

Kate, John and probably Sawyer along with Sied (?) are going back, there is going to be a battle scene or two..and what will they do with Carl?

Hurley and Locke are the two biggest keys to the "answers" about why they all ended up on the island. Locke knows more than he lets on. Hurley likely knows more, but doesn't fully realize it yet.
