CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I played it a little back way back but it was old then. My stepdad got the old Battlechest with WC1 and WC2.

I use to play WarCraft waaaaaaaaaay back. Back then, it was an awesome game with awesome graphics. It only got better with WarCraft 2. I tried the third but had a hard time getting into it. There was a lot about it I didn't like.

Warcraft II was the best to me. Warcraft III took out the ability to really form massive armies because of the whole upkeep thing. Not only that, but the overall maximum allowable units was lower than Warcraft II. I hated that - there was nothing more fun than building four or five barracks and pumping out the knights and archers then assaulting the enemy base from all sides at once.

Even thoe I think I have played wc2 like once ages ago when I was like 8 I think wc3 has much better game play its more tatical so many things to do its more balanced and competitive also there is a new form of gaming custom gaming like dota, footmen frenzy , LTW things like that I like wc3 best

My thoughts exactly. I found warcraft 2 plus the expansion for two dollars at best buy. It was awesome.

I've beaten all of them. I still have Warcraft 1. But my computer is too advanced to play it.

Not sure I know what that is. Do you mean to bring up the command prompt and run it through that?

It's a program that emulates Dos mode (not command prompt) and will play older games which won't play in XP

warcraft 2 was probably the best game of that age..
but then came starcraft and that is still played all over the internet with 100,000 ppl +

I just wish you could set the skirmish AI to different levels (Easy, Medium, Hard) in Starcraft. I'll probably look for a mod but if anyone knows what I'm talking about plz link.
