Post the time you woke up today and your mood (2)

Woke up at 7:00 am. First thoughts were, what is that noise (alarm)? and I need to set it to a later time. I feel neutral at the moment because I haven't allowed myself to think of all that is left of finals week. And now I have.

OK, so I cleaned, listened to happy music, and played with my dog and I feel pretty good now.

Initially woke at 8am, felt very rough due to a head cold so managed to settle back until 10am. Feel much better for it and feel at peace today.

8:45 the first time.....didn't want to get out of bed....went back to sleep, woke up a few times then got up at 11:30.

6 a.m. Tired. Stayed up late balancing the checkbook.

A bit tired, but mostly just 'burned out' emotionally and mentally from everything that happened yesterday, so I'm in a neutral mood with hopes that it'll improve rather than deteriorate as the day goes on.

Absolutely drop-dead exhausted from swimming. It's really strange that whenever I have a really good day I feel great immediately afterwards, like I could do the whole practice all over again, but the next morning I can barely roll out of bed. Other than that, I'm finally rehearsing that problematic part of the play today (I thought we were going to rehearse yesterday, but it was the other actor's birthday) so we'll have to see how that goes.

Very tired!!! Went to bed at 4am, but feeling at peace.
