That's my discussion question. Most Christian see dance in the church as just a form of entertainment. Is that our fault as ministers of dance? Are we as dancers really worshiping God?What is our motive for dancing in church? How effective are we?When we dance, can the presence of God be seen & felt? Or, are we just performing? How can we tell the difference? How can we change the image of dance ministry in our churches today?Do we know the difference between worship & performance? And, are we capable of worship? What stands in our way?Is dance ministry a call of God, just good entertainment, just good exercise or just a hobby? If you feel that dance ministry is your calling, please explain why. There are so many dancers reading this forum who need to hear from you.A good book reference that will help you answer these questions is: The Heart of Worship by Dr. Lamar Boschmanwww.WorshipInstitute.comBlessings!Richelle
