Work Out Your Own Salvation With Fear And Trembling

  1. The Fear Of The Lord
Work Out Your Own Salvation With Fear And Trembling

In his epistle to the church he founded in Philippi, the Apostle Paul wrote these words about "fear and trembling," and working our your own salvation:

11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. 12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. 13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Philippians 2:11-13

Thank you for your encouragement, Hope. All credit rightly belongs to our LORD, who inspires... I encourage you too, in your prayers, Bible study, worship, witness to others; and loving our God above all else and our neighbors as self. Let's pray for the lost, that they too "Work Out Their Own Salvation With Fear And Trembling" before the LORD. All praise, honor, and glory to God. Amen.
