The Blood Of Righteous Abel

Matthew 23:
34
Therefore, indeed, I send you prophets, wise men, and scribes: some of them you will kill
and crucify, and some of them you will scourge in your synagogues and persecute from city to city,

35 that on you may come all the righteous blood shed on the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel
to the blood of Zechariah, son of Berechiah, whom you murdered between the temple and the altar.

The blood of righteous Abel immediately cried out to the Lord when he was slain.
Genesis 4:
9
Then the Lord said to Cain, “Where is Abel your brother?”
He said, “I do not know. Am I my brother’s keeper?”
10 And He said, “What have you done? The voice of your brother’s
blood cries out to Me from the ground.

According to Rabbinic commentary, and consistent with the omniscience
of God, when Abel was slain God experienced the cutting off of ALL who
would have descended from him.
In the Resurrection and the Judgment, can those never born due to the
shedding of innocent blood be raised?
If the death of one is a genocide, is God unrighteous to avenge innocent
blood? As it has been assured to mankind.

In The Torah
Deuteronomy 32:43 Rejoice, O Gentiles, with His people;
For He will avenge the blood of His servants,
And render vengeance to His adversaries;
He will provide atonement for His land and His people.

In The Prophets
Isaiah 1:24 Therefore the Lord says, The Lord of hosts, the Mighty One of Israel,
Ah, I will rid Myself of My adversaries, and take vengeance on My enemies.

In The Revelation
Revelation 6:10 And they cried with a loud voice, “How long, O Lord,
Holy and True, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?”

So here is a simple thought experiment.
What would have resulted if death had not come from man's sin?
How many would be alive today?
Consider from another angle.
Why is the Universe so vast? Is God Almighty able to relocate
a well ordered society, be it a village, a city or a nation to
populate a Universe?
He would have had a plan, regardless of man's ability to cause Him
to repent of His intentions.
