Jesus clearly teaches about serving two masters. You can not serve Jesus and satan, either you love Jesus and hate satan or you love satan and hate Jesus.
Here is what he says about being lukewar:
Revelation 3:16 So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth
So how much longer are we going to "ride the fence?" Either serve Jesus or satan! "because those who ride the fence get their crotch hurt." Jesus said that if you love me you will keep my comandments. He also says in 2 corinthians 6:15
What harmony is there between Christ and Belial ? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? Because God cannot allow sin into his presence. That is why we must repent and ask for forgivness for our sins and truely mean it in our hearts. Here is also what Jesus says about serving two masters.
Matthew 6:24
"No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money.
Joshua 24:15
But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD."
