The New Heaven and the New Earth
Rev 21:1 And I saw a new heaven
And a new earth
For the first heaven
And the first earth
Were passed away
And there was no more sea
Isa 65:17-20 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. But be You glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: For behold
I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy
And I will rejoice in Jerusalem
And joy in My people
And the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in Her
Nor the voice of crying
There shall be no more there an infant of days
Nor an old man that has not filled his days
For the child shall die an hundred years old
But the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed
Rev 22:2
And I John saw the holy city New Jerusalem
Coming down from God out of heaven
Prepared as a bride adorned for Her husband
Rev 21:3-4 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying
Behold
The tabernacle of God is with men
And He will dwell with Them
And They shall be His people
And God Himself shall be with them
And be their God
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes
And there shall be no more death
Neither sorrow
Nor crying
Neither shall there be any more pain
For the former things are passed away
Rev 21:5 And He that sat upon the throne said
Behold
I make all things new
And He said unto Me
Write
For these words are true and faithful
Rev 21:6 And He said unto Me
It is done
I am Alpha and Omega
The beginning and the end
I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely
Rev 21:7 He that overcomes
Shall inherit all things
And I will be his God
And He shall be My son
Rev 21:8 But the fearful
1-And unbelieving
2-And the abominable
3-And murderers
4-And harlot mongers
5-And sorcerers
6-And idolaters
7-And all liars
Shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone
Which is the second death
NOTE: Seven: The deletion of the spiritual evilness.
The New Jerusalem
Rev 21:9 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues
And talked with Me saying
Come here
I will show You the bride
The Lamb's wife
Rev 21:10 And he carried Me away in the spirit
To a great and high mountain
And showed Me that great city
The holy Jerusalem
Descending out of heaven from God
The Temptation of Jesus
Mat 4:1-11 Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.
And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungered. And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.
But he answered and said
It is written Man shall not live by bread alone
But by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God
Then the devil took Him up into The Holy City
And sat Him on a pinnacle of the temple
And said unto Him
If You be the Son of God
Cast Yourself down
For it is written
He shall give his angels charge concerning You
And in their hands they shall bear You up
Lest at any time You dash Your foot against a stone
Jesus said unto Him
It is written again
You shall not tempt the Lord Your God in vain the devil took Him up into an exceeding high mountain
And showed Him all the kingdoms of the world
And the glory of them
And saith unto Him
All these things will I give You
If You will fall down and worship Me
Then said Jesus unto Him
Go away from here Satan
For it is written
You shall worship the Lord Your God
And him only shall you serve
Then the Devil left Him
And behold
Angels came and ministered unto Him
Rev 21:11-27 Having the glory of God Her light was like unto a stone most precious Even like a jasper stone Clear as crystal
And had a wall great and high
And had twelve gates
And at the gates twelve angels
And names written thereon
Which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel
On the east three gates
On the north three gates
On the south three gates
And on the west three gates
Isa_14:13 For You hast said in thine heart
I will ascend into heaven
I will exalt My throne above the stars of God
I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation
In the sides of the north
Isa_41:25 I have raised up one from the north And He shall come
From the rising of the sun shall He call upon My name And He shall come upon princes as upon morter And as the potter treads clay.
Then the LORD said unto me Out of the north an evil shall break forth Upon all the inhabitants of the land.
Jer_3:12 Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the LORD;
Rev 21:14- 16 And the wall of the city had twelve foundations
And in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb
And He that talked with Me
Had a golden reed to measure the city
And the gates thereof
And the wall thereof
And the city lays foursquare
And the length is as large as the breadth
And He measured the city with the reed
Twelve thousand furlongs
The length
And the breadth
And the height of it are equal
Rev 21:17-18 And he measured the wall thereof\
A hundred and forty and four cubits
According to the measure of a man
That is of the angel
And the building of the wall of it was of jasper
And the city was pure gold
Like unto clear glass
21:19-21 And the foundations of the wall of the city
Were garnished with all manner of precious stones
The first foundation was jasper = Judah
The second sapphire = Rueben
The third a chalcedony = Gad
The fourth an emerald = Asher
The fifth, sardyx = Nepthalim
The sixth sardius = Manasses
The seventh chrysolite = Simeon
The eighth beryl = Levi
The ninth a topaz = Issachar
And the tenth a chrysoprasus = Zabulon
The eleventh a jacinth = Joseph
The twelfth an amethyst = Benjamin
And the twelve gates were twelve pearl
Every singlel gate was of one pearl
And the street of the city was pure gold
As it were transparent glass
Rev 21:22 And I saw no temple therein
For the Lord God Almighty
And the Lamb are the temple of it
Rev 21:23 And the city had no need of the sun
Neither of the moon
To shine in it
For the glory of God did lighten it
And the Lamb is the light thereof
Rev 21:24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it
And the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it
Rev 21:25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day
For there shall be no night there
Rev 21:26 And they shall bring the glory and honor of the nations into it
Rev 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defiles
Neither whatsoever works abomination
Or makes a lie
But they which are written in the Lamb's book of life
NOTE: Written in the Lamb's book of life. This goes back to Israel of old again.
Isa 4:3-4 And it shall come to pass, that he that is left in Zion, and he that remains in Jerusalem, shall be called holy, even every one that is written among the living in Jerusalem: when the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of burning.
Jer 3:12-25 Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, You backsliding Israel, says the LORD; and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I am merciful, saith the LORD, and I will not keep anger for ever.
Only acknowledge thine iniquity, that You have transgressed against the LORD Your God, and have scattered Your ways to the strangers under every green tree, and You have not obeyed My voice, says the LORD. Turn, O backsliding children, saith the LORD; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion: And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.
And it shall come to pass, when You be multiplied and increased in the land, in those days, says the LORD, They shall say no more, The ark of the covenant of the LORD: neither shall it come to mind: neither shall they remember it; neither shall they visit it; neither shall that be done any more.
At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the LORD; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart.
In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel, and they shall come together out of the land of the north to the land that I have given for an inheritance unto your fathers.
But I said, How shall I put You among the children, and give You a pleasant land, a goodly heritage of the hosts of nations? and I said, You shall call Me, My father; and shall not turn away from Me.
Surely as a wife treacherously departs from her husband, so have You dealt treacherously with Me, O house of Israel, says the LORD.
A voice was heard upon the high places, weeping and supplications of the children of Israel: For they have perverted Their way, and They have forgotten the LORD Their God. Return, You backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings. Behold, We come unto You; for You are the LORD our God.
ruly in vain is salvation hoped for from the hills, and from the multitude of mountains: truly in the LORD our God is the salvation of Israel. For shame hath devoured the labour of our fathers from our youth; their flocks and their herds, their sons and their daughters. We lie down in our shame, and our confusion covers us: for we have sinned against the LORD our God, we and our fathers, from our youth even unto this day, and have not obeyed the voice of the LORD our God.
