The Seven Bowls of God's Wrath
Rev 16:1 And I heard a great voice out of the temple
Saying to the seven angels
Go your ways
And pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the country (earth)
And the first went
And poured out His vial upon the country
And there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast
And upon them which worshiped His image
And the second angel poured out his vial upon the peoples (sea)
And it became as the blood of a dead man
And every living soul died in the sea
Isa_10:22 For though thy people Israel be as the sand of the sea, yet a remnant of Them shall return: the consumption decreed shall overflow with righteousness.
Rev 16:4 And the third angel poured out his vial
Upon the rivers
And fountains of waters
And they became blood.
Isa_18:7 In that time shall the present be brought unto the LORD of hosts of a people scattered and peeled, and from a people terrible from their beginning hitherto; a nation meted out and trodden under foot, whose land the rivers have spoiled, to the place of the name of the LORD of hosts, the mount Zion.
For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem:You shall weep no more: he will be very gracious unto You at the voice of thy cry; when he shall hear it, he will answer You
And though the Lord give you the bread of adversity, and the water of affliction, yet shall not thy teachers be removed into a corner any more, but thine eyes shall see thy teachers:
And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left. You shall defile also the covering of Your graven images of silver, and the ornament of thy molten images of gold:You shall cast them away as a menstruous cloth; You shalt say unto it, Get thee hence.
Then shall He give the rain of Your seed, that You shalt sow the ground withal; and bread of the increase of the earth, and it shall be fat and plenteous: in that day shall Your cattle feed in large pastures. The oxen likewise and the young asses that ear the ground shall eat clean provender, which hath been winnowed with the shovel and with the fan.
And there shall be upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall.
Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be seven fold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the LORD binds up the breach of his people, and heals the stroke of their wound.
Behold, the name of the LORD comes from far, burning with His anger, and the burden thereof isheavy: His lips are full of indignation, and His tongue as a devouring fire: And His breath, as an overflowing stream, shall reach to the midst of the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of vanity: and there shall be a bridle in the jaws of the people, causing them to err.
You shall have a song, as in the night when a holy solemnity is kept; and gladness of heart, as when one goes with a pipe to come into the mountain of the LORD, to the mighty One of Israel.
And the LORD shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall show the lighting down of His arm, with the indignation of His anger, and with the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones
For through the voice of the LORD shall the Assyrian be beaten down, which smote with a rod. And in every place where the grounded staff shall pass, which the LORD shall lay upon Him, it shall be with tabrets and harps: and in battles of shaking will he fight with it.
For Tophet is ordained of old; yea, for the king it is prepared; He has made it deep and large: the pile thereof is fire and much wood; the breath of the LORD, like a stream of brimstone, doth kindle it.
Rev 16:5 And I heard the angel of the waters say
You are righteous O Lord
Which are
And was
And shalt be
Because You have judged thus
For They have shed the blood of saints
And prophets
And You have given Them blood to drink
For They are worthy
And I heard another out of the altar say
Even so Lord God Almighty
True and righteous are Your judgments
Rev 16:8-11 And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the Israel ( sun)
And power was given unto Him to scorch men with fire
And men were scorched with great heat
And blasphemed the name of God
Which has power over these plagues
And they repented not to give Him glory
And the fifth angel poured out His vial
Upon the seat of the beast
And His kingdom was full of darkness
And They gnawed their tongues for pain
And blasphemed the God of heaven
Because of Their pains and their sores
And repented not of Their deeds
Rev 16:12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates
And the water thereof was dried up
That the way of the kings of the east might be prepared
The Ruined Loincloth
Jer 13:1-10 Thus saith the LORD unto me, Go and get thee a linen girdle, and put it upon Your loins, and put it not in water.
So I got a girdle according to the word of the LORD, and put it on my loins. And the word of the LORD came unto Me the second time, saying, Take the girdle that thou hast got, which is upon Your loins, and arise, go to Euphrates, and hide it there in a hole of the rock.
So I went, and hid it by Euphrates, as the LORD commanded Me
And it came to pass after many days that the LORD said unto Me
Arise
Go to Euphrates and take the girdle from there
Which I commanded You to hide there
Then I went to Euphrates and dug and took the girdle from the place where I had hid it
And behold
The girdle was marred
It was profitable for nothing.
Then the word of the LORD came unto Me saying
Thus says the LORD
After this manner will I mar the pride of Judah
And the great pride of Jerusalem.
This evil people which refuse to hear My words
Which walk in the imagination of their hear
And walk after other gods to serve them
And to worship Them
Shall even be as this girdle which is good for nothing
Jer 13:11 For as the girdle cleaves to the loins of a man
So have I caused to cleave unto Me
The whole house of Israel and the whole house of Judah
Says the LORD
That They might be unto Me for a people
And for a name
And for a praise
And for a glory
But they would not hear.
The Jars Filled with Wine
Jer 13:12-13 Therefore You shalt speak unto Them this word
Thus says the LORD God of Israel
Every bottle shall be filled with wine
And they shall say unto Yourselves
Do we not certainly know that every bottle shall be filled with wine
Then shalt thou say unto Them
Thus says the LORD
Behold
I will fill all the inhabitants of this land
Even the kings that sit upon David's throne
And the priests
And the prophets
And all the inhabitants of Jerusalem
With drunkenness
Rev_16:13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
Jer 13:14 And I will dash them one against another, even the fathers and the sons together, saith the LORD: I will not pity, nor spare, nor have mercy, but destroy them
Exile Threatened
Jer 13:15 Hear You
And give ear
Do not be Be proud
For the LORD has spoken
Give glory to the LORD your God
Before He cause darkness
And before your feet stumble upon the dark mountains
And while You look for light
He turns it into the shadow of death
And make it gross darkness.
But if You will not hear it,Mmy soul shall weep in secret places for your pride
And My eye shall weep sore
And run down with tears
Because the LORD'S flock is carried away captive
Say unto the king and to the queen
Humble Yourselves
Sit down: for Your principalities shall come down
Even the crown of Your glory
The cities of the south shall be shut up
And none shall open them
Judah shall be carried away captive all of it
It shall be wholly carried away captive
Lift up your eyes
And behold them that come from the north
Where is the flock that was given You
Your beautiful flock
What will You say when He shall punish Yourselves
For You have taught them to be captains
And as chief over You
Shall not sorrows take Yourselves as a woman in travail
And if You say in Your heart
Why comes these things upon Me?
For the greatness of thine iniquity are Your skirts discovered
And Your heels made bare
Can the Ethiopian change His skin
Or the leopard His spots
Then may You also do good, that are accustomed to do evil
Therefore will I scatter Them as the stubble that passes away by the wind of the wilderness
This is Your lot
The portion of Your measures from Me,
Says the LORD
Because You have forgotten Me
And trusted in falsehood
Therefore will I discover Your skirts upon Your face
That Your shame may appear
I have seen Your adulteries
And Your weighings
The lewdness of Your whoredom
And thine abominations on the hills in the fields
Woe unto You O Jerusalem!
Will You not be made clean
When shall it once be
Rev 6:13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs
Come out of the mouth of The Dragon
And out of the mouth of The Beast
And out of the mouth of the false prophet
NOTE: Here is shown that the Dragon and his Beast are to proclaim false doctrine to the people of Israel. This is exactly what They were doing when Jesus was in the land of Judeah.
Rev 16:14 For they are the spirits of devils
Working miracles
Which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world
To gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty
Rev 16:15-16 Behold, I come as a thief
Blessed is he that watches
And keeps his garments
Lest he walk naked
And they see his shame
And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
The Seventh Bowl
Rev 16:17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air
And there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven
From the throne saying
It is done
Rev 16:18-21 And there were voices
And thunders
And lightnings
And there was a great earthquake
Such as was not since men were upon the earth
So mighty an earthquake
And so great
And the great city was divided into three parts
And the cities of the nations fell
NOTE: The nations, that is,the the cites of the Jews. The great city Babylon, that being the spiritually corrupted Jerusalem.
And great Babylon came in remembrance before God
To give unto Her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of His wrath
And every island fled away
And the mountains were not found
And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven
Every stone about the weight of a talent
And men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail
For the plague thereof was exceeding great
Isa 28:1-5 Woe to the crown of pride, to the drunkards of Ephraim, whose glorious beauty is a fading flower, which are on the head of the fat valleys of them that are overcome with wine!
Behold, the Lord hath a mighty and strong one, which as a tempest of hail and a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the earth with the hand. The crown of pride, the drunkards of Ephraim, shall be trodden under feet:
And the glorious beauty, which is on the head of the fat valley, shall be a fading flower, and as the hasty fruit before the summer; which when he that looks upon it sees, while it is yet in his hand he eats it up. In that day shall the LORD of hosts be for a crown of glory, and for a diadem of beauty, unto the residue of his people,
Isa 28:16-18 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believes shall not make haste. Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it.
