Sometimes people do such things, because of a special event- like a birthday or anniversary.
As far as I know it's not their B day (hmm and if im not mistaken the other in the pic has the same Bday as mine son, small world).

Well pictures are like that, they say they're "worth a thousand words"- yea, but what words...
I dunno but communication is really hard- without words.
