Jeremiah 17
“I the Lord search the heart and test the mind, to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his deeds.”

For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
So the reason you are not qualified to judge anyone other than yourself, is that you can only see the outside appearance and not the heart or the entire future of his efforts or intentions.
You must judge righteously based on what you know is in their heart
as God does, and not judge by appearances. Thou shalt not be a gobermouch.
