I have stated that there is no such thing as "Left Leaning Christianity" and that The Liberal Church has failed. I will explain more of why, and also show you part of what Satanism is so you may better wage Spiritual Warfare with how you use your words.
I was on /r/religion over on Reddit for some time. There have been some Satanists there. One group of Satanists call themselves The Left Hand Path, the Order of the Serpent. They believe in Black Magic, and they went into detail about what that is. I don't care to post the links here at this time. It is over on Reddit, or has been, given you care to look at it. I will explain to you the basics of what they do.
Christians are Children of The Light and not the dark. Darkness is lies. Given you have ever been lied to, and believed a lie as truth, you may have had a false perspective. A false sense of reality. Maybe you met a person, and asked them what they did for a living. He lied. You have a false perspective of who that person is. You may have been in The Dark. Jesus Christ is The Light of the World. He leads people out of the cave of ignorance and darknes.
The Bible asserts Truth with a capitol T. The Truth is objective. Faith is evidence of things unseen. (Hebrews 11:1) Someone growing in Faith sees and/or experiences cause and effect. This cause and effect is referenced in the Bible. Faith is growing in knowledge of who God is, and learning how to trust and lean on God. Given you have the Truth, why would you change? God doesn't change. (Malachi 3:6-7) Any compromise would mean you no longer have Truth, but a deception?
The Order of the Serpent recognizes there is an Objective Universe. They are egotists with a will. They wish to impose their will to make changes on the Objective Universe. They would like to change your perceptions and your reality. In the movie "The Matrix" people were living a lie. They were not living in reality. They had a false construct they were living in, and this false construct was The World. A World of Lies. Christians are to reject The World.
Ideologies are often based on some sort of Utopia like "Utopia" Sir Thomas Moore. Someone has good intentions? The road to hell is paved with good intentions? Lucifer was known as an Angel of Light. Ideologies are working to build some sort of Utopia. They steal or borrow concepts. God is a creator. In the principalities, there are these ideas or things God has definitions for, or views a certain way. An ideology steals or borrows some of these ideas or things. It steals it and corrupts it and twists it. Given I were to find a Socialist online, and talk to him about God, he may tell me that Jesus was a Socialists. That is false. Jesus was not a Socialist. Socialism is a complex ideology that involves an Atheist Socialist State, many of the people running said state may hate Christianity, God and Christians. There is an idea or concept called Communalism or Communal living. A small community pooling together resources to survive. Saint Nickolas gave all his money to the Church, and took a vow of poverty in Early Christianity. Similar men may have lived Communally. That has nothing to do with Socialism. Given you believed so, you believed a lie and were deceived. Satan is a liar and a thief. The Day of the Lord comes as a Thief in the Night.
In Communism there is an Oppressor and Oppressed dynamic. Communism is a false ideology created by a false prophet, Karl Marx, which is antiqued and needs to be relegated into history books. Neo-Marxists use this Oppressor vs Oppressed dynamic for selfish ego driven means. They use it as a means for power. Someone playing the victim may have used the Oppressor vs Oppressed trope towards getting his way, or forcing his will through guilt or other means. In the Bible, prophets talk about Oppressors and the Oppressed. Some people have dressed communism up in Christianity, and they use God and religion to assert their selfish ego driven will on society, and to deceive people.
Communist believe is a Utopia, and an end that is in conflict with Christianity.
Someone reads this, and as they are reading, they are already making excuses. That person is wrong. They need to repent. Given they have a heart to help the poor, they do not need a Luciferian ideology to do that. Given you would like to critique Materialism, you do not need a Luciferian ideology to do that. Love The Lord your God with all your heart and soul. In doing so, someone, through The Spirit of God, may learn to see things more the way God sees them.

They often have done so through the use of words and phrases towards some ego driven purpose. As Christians engaging in Spiritual Warfare, being able to identify the enemy, and speak the Truth plainly helps lead people to Christ and build The Kingdom of God.
