My mom and got back from Sprouts an hour ago and we're trying out some of the things we got ...like Dried veggie chips, sprialized veggies, and a whole bunch of other stuff.
Even though eating right is expensive ..it isn't boring at all like most people think...it's worth it for sure.
I'm really happy my mom is on the kick with me. For her, the fact she wants to fit into her lab coat for clinicals is what spurred this new chapter..
But even after she graduates...I hope she keeps up with this lifesytle.
I also cheated a bit by getting brioche bread lol
