  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I want to preface this blog by saying all that I am, and any ability I have, has been granted to me by my Creator. All praise, blessings, and glory be to Yahweh in the highest, in submission to the authority He gives Jesus the Christ. I am not wise in my own eyes, but an absolute simpleton and fool with no ability whatsoever to be the origin of anything good. My birthday is on April 1st, and this is rarely believed unless I show some sort of official identification. Only the Lord knows how much foolishness, personal and moral failures, and worldly loss, have permeated my existence on Earth. So please remember I am just an imperfect being, hoping on being made worthy and perfected in Christ, sharing something that God gave me and that I believe He wants me to share with those that have the ears to hear it. The respectful fear of Him makes me tremble on a regular basis, for if what is said or done through me leads someone to doubt or go astray, rather than to Christ and obedient self-sacrifice to His example, then there will surely be Hell for me to pay. But at the same time, I have been given such a longing to know and share the truth that I cannot keep it in, and do not fear any worldly repercussions for doing so. If it be His will, may what I share here honor and glorify God and serve His purpose.
