Since the next few weeks will be filled with so many wonderful treats I think it makes a bit of sense to start focusing on my weight loss goals now.
I have not stepped on a scale for a few years out of fear. This fear ends in 2012.
For Christmas I will be buying myself a scale and working...
I saw this on the recipe exchange and am planning on trying it soon.
Mix together:
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin (2 cups)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup applesauce or mashed banana(s)
Add in:
2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
2 t pumpkin spice
2 cups flour...
