I have been waiting since the end of January to get PT for my back. I have degenerative arthritis in my lower left back. I was given the papers and times to go to PT next Tuesday. The first session is just a Functional Capacity Evaluation. This just tells people what I am able to do and the record is put in my work folder later to ensure that the care instructions for my back are followed. This session is six hours long with no pain relievers. It will start at 7:30 in the morning and go from there. After that they will know what to focus on in PT and I will receive 12 weeks of the actual PT. (the functional capacity eval is a physical therapy to do research on what all I can do but it is not the actual PT that I will be focusing on later) Please pray that things will go smoothly and that t
