My hope is to share the Gospel (1 Corinthians 15:1-4), "contend for the Faith once delivered unto the saints." (Jude 1:3), and to edify and encourage my brothers and sisters in Christ in our salvation. (1 Thessalonians 5:9-11)
There is so much deception in the Church today, which Scripture repeatedly warns us will be the case (Matthew 7:15, Matthew 7:21-23, Matthew 24:4-8, Matthew 24:23-27, Acts 20:25-31, 2 Corinthians 11:1-15, 1 Thessalonians 5:19-22, 1 John 4:1) Yet, many are not paying attention to these warnings.
Concerning salvation, many, even those who profess to be Christians, have not put all their hope and trust in Jesus Christ and His one time and all sufficient sacrifice for salvation. Many are also trusting in their "good works" and obedience, mixing up salvation and discipleship. I was once there as well, and I had no hope and no peace, or I had pride and assurance in my own works and lifestyle. Both of these attitudes are extremely dangerous. Scripture tells us that all who have believed have entered into rest (Hebrews 4:1-11) That is my sincere hope for everyone. Jesus truly did not fail, He is faithful to His promises and He has done all that is needed to save us and to keep us saved.

The Gospel [1 Corinthians 15:1-4]which was preached to Abraham [Galatians 3:8] and was the "promise" given 430 years before the Law and which the Law cannot annul [Galatians 3:17] is the power of God unto salvation for all who believe. [Romans 1:16] We who believe have entered into "rest' [Hebrews 4:3] we have repented from "dead works" and have turned in faith toward Christ [Hebrews 6:1]. We are saved by, grace, through faith and not of works. Salvation is a gift of God, and not a reward.[Ephesians 2:8-9] Faith is counted for righteousness for those who "worketh not" but believe on Him Who justifies the ungodly [Romans 4:5]. We are saved by faith [John 3:16-18], born again [John 3:1-15], made new creations in Christ [2 Corinthians 5:17] have passed from death to life [John 5:24] and are sealed with the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption [Ephesians 1:13]. Jesus saves to the "uttermost" and "everliveth" to make intercession for us[Hebrews 7:25]. He is our Great High Priest [Hebrews 4:14-16] and Mediator [1 Timothy 2:5]. He casts out none who come to Him [John 6:37] and all who call upon His name will be saved. [Acts 4:12][Romans 10:13]He will lose none who are His [John 6:39] Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life [John 14:6] and believing on Him is the "will of the Father." [John 6:40] Believers are adopted as "sons" [Luke 8:21] [Romans 8:15] [Galatians 4:5] are "heirs of the promise" [Galatians 3:29] and we will inherit eternal life. [Matthew 25:34] [Acts 20:32] [Romans 4:13-17][Romans 8:17] [Galatians 3:18] [Titus 3:5-7] [Hebrews 9:15]
