This morning, I head woken up feeling okay in my head - have got a bit of get up and go! - but I have got such bad butterflies in my tummy that I just want to curl up under the quilt : (

I feel so sad that I feel like this. I almost feel ashamed, but I know it isn't anything to be ashamed of ... yet it isn't something you broad cast to the world...
I can't deny that I am worried. I am having to make quite an urgent appointment with my GP today. I think I am a struggling with Post-Natal Depression. :cry:
