Amazing Grace by Judy Collins and The Army Choir
Written by John Newton, England (1779)

16 For God so loved the World that He gave His only begotten Son, That whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have Eternal Life. —John 3:16

Jesus did not come into the world to condemn it; He came into the world to save it. Turn to the Light and not to darkness; Jesus Christ is the Light of the World, and His Truth will set you free.

Amazing Grace
by John Newton, 1779

'Amazing Grace,
How sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost,
But now I'm found,
Was blind but now I see.

'T was grace that taught,
My heart to fear,
And grace my fears relieved.
How precious did,
That grace appear,
The hour I first believed.

Through many dangers,
Toils and shares,
We have already come,
'T was grace that brought
Us safe thus far,
And grace will lead us home.

When we've been there,
Ten thousand years,
Bright shining as the sun.
We have no less days
To sing God's praise
Than when we've first begun.'

"And behold, I am coming soon." says the Son of God! And indeed, let us all say "Come Jesus, come soon O LORD!" Praise God for His saving grace, His amazing grace, that He would save a sinner like me. O LORD, thank you so much. Amen.
