actually the entire spiritreports website has made me very scared of Christ to the point I don’t even dare sleep with short sleeves in hot weather because it’s immodest and they say you’ll go to hell for this.

Clearly you have been told false teachings. The Bible says very clearly and frequently that each person will die for his own sin. It is not possible for the sin of someone else to send you to Hell. Besides that, being born of wedlock is a sin others committed, not you, but either way it can be forgiven if simply asked.
