Texas Attorney General to Target: Explain How You'll Protect Women, Children With Bathroom Policy

No, actually it can't. Thanks to Target's new policies.
While the opportunity for abuse is aided because now the scrutiny isn't going to be as great when a man walks into a woman's dressing room.

Many retailers have no separated fitting/dressing rooms. I went to Eddie Bauer twice last week and went to two different rooms. Retailers that are large enough to have big men's and Women's departments have rooms in each.

I have a friend whose wife works in a small "women's intimate" shop. The wife said she has several male customers that wear women's undergarments. These customers are discreet and courteous and shop during "less busy" times.

Note to conservative America: grow up.

Interesting how the Texas Attorney General is wanting Target to defend its policy while the Justice Department is claiming North Carolina's policy is a Civil Rights violation.

Men don't have the civil right to cross into the privacy of women and girls.
This is going to be quite the fight considering how many Transsexual women still have their male package. When they feel like a woman and argue for the rights of females in the public arena, it's interesting that they won't get their "man" cut off in the process.
They want all of America to consent to their demand to be treated and even spoken to as if they're female. While they themselves will not choose to surgically alter their manhood.

And changing rooms are not the same as restrooms, which you and the Texas AG don't get. Unless you are willing to allow everyone to be strip-searched, you are not going to win this one. That's not true.
Rather, I and the AG, in your opinion, hold a contrary opinion to your liberal perspective. And as a consequence you're attempting to claim we don't know the difference between a room dedicated to evacuation of one's bowels and bladder, to that room dedicated to the disrobing of one's body and the trying on of clothing.

Strange how there are those who argue on behalf of transsexual access to private facilities like dressing rooms and bathrooms, downplay the propensity for abuse by perverts with cameras and iPhones that they use to film women and girls in those facilities. A trespass that did occur before of course as news reports prove. And yet a trespass made much easier now, as the Texas news report proved, being security isn't to be on alert when a male enters into a women's dressing room.

Some are all for Transsexual rights! While they dismiss privacy and modesty violations perpetrated against innocents by those with perverted criminal intentions.
The rights of the super minority outweigh the rights of the majority.

You have to live for some time as a woman (real life) before a sex reassignment surgery is allowed, so your demand is impossible.
