So the guy goes to church, says he's a Christian, but, of course, how can a strange named democrat believe in Yeshua of Nazareth?

I'm sure he just sits their plotting out how to turn our children into gay atheist socialists with free medical care and liberation from corporate shackles. Possibly stroking a cat. Quickly, check for a goatee! It's the only way to know if he's from our reality or the Mirror Universe!

Ahhh! I remember when I used to use that expression to justify my judging others who didn't meet "my" standards also! :D
You know what the difference between judging others and "fruit inspecting" is? "Fruit inspecting" is what I do to others, judging is what others do to me.
tulc(sees some things never change!) ;)

People judge every day like what clothes to wear. Again I judge a person by their actions not their words. Its just like I notice a horse is a horse by the way it walks and talks.

And what's wrong with that? in the short time bamster has been in office he's proven a complete disaster and totally inept.

What utter tosh. He's doing okay.

Compared to his predecesor, he's doing wonderfully.

David.

So far his actions have been going to church and saying he worships your god. So if it walks like a duck, sounds like a duck...

Yeah, you'd think.

I guess it's 'cos he smokes, and also drinks alcohol. So he must be a Muslum, y'see?

David.

Boy, that strikes me as exactly the type of BS answer an atheist would give to throw gullible Christians off his trail.
***************************************************************************************************
"Not since the days of the Roman emperors—and never in the history of the United States Presidency—has an astrologer played such a significant role in the nation's affairs of State."

Joan Quigley (astrologer to the Reagans)

Joan Quigley - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Is "lordbt" referring to the millions of "gullible" Chiristians who supported Ronald Reagan despite the fact that astrology had more influence on his presidency than at any other time in American history.

Come on over here from Chelmsford, and see if you can get a job in west Michigan. You'll see how "wonderfully" he's doing. There are companies over here that are unwilling to hire anybody until they see what kind of damage the 'Bamster is going to do to their business. They're going to sit him out. As a result, the economy will not improve until this man leaves office.

If Obama is "a complete disaster and totally inept," where does that put George Bush and the Republicans?

Where was Joan Quigley when he needed her?

In an informal survey of 109 professional historians conducted over a three-week period through the History News Network, 98.2 percent assessed the presidency of Mr. Bush to be a failure while 1.8 percent classified it as a success.

Asked to rank the presidency of George W. Bush in comparison to those of the other 41 American presidents, more than 61 percent of the historians concluded that the current presidency is the worst in the nation’s history. Another 35 percent of the historians surveyed rated the Bush presidency in the 31st to 41st category, while only four of the 109 respondents ranked the current presidency as even among the top two-thirds of American administrations.

Quite... he should've followed the GOP's "plan" and let the auto companies go under... then the Michigan economy would be just spiffy!

So it's Obama's fault that companies refuse to hire anyone because they hate him so?

If a tree falls in the woods and nobody's there to hear it, is it still Obama's fault?

No, because even if Pres O chopped it down it would still be Bush's fault. Everything bad that happens is the fault of the big bad Bushy Man.

uhmmmm it's not President Bush's fault but it is something that is the result of his (and his predecessors) policies. So while not everything is his fault, somethings are (partly) his fault.

The auto companies would have gone bankrupt, reorganized, and they would be in the same place they are now, except the taxpayers wouldn't have had to bail them out and they wouldn't be owned by the unions.

So it's Obama's fault that companies refuse to hire anyone because they hate him so?

It's Obama's fault for mismanaging the economy.

If a tree falls in the woods and nobody's there to hear it, is it still Obama's fault?

No, that's probably Bush's fault.

I'm not a cheering squad for the Republican party, RINOS are equally culpable, but anyone other than the bamster would be better at this point. I wouldn't give bamster anymore further opportunities to muck things up more than they already are, further evidenced by obamacare.

I'm cheering for The Obama, not because he's so great, but because he gets such a visceral reaction from his detractors.

While liberals can be pretty good at baseless attacks, Obama haters take it to a new level.

What are you saying? There's unemployment in Michigan, therefore the President's doing a bad job? Explain how that works, exactly?

There are companies over here that are unwilling to hire anybody until they see what kind of damage the 'Bamster is going to do to their business.

But in the meantime, he hasn't damaged their business, so it's hardly his fault that they're not taking anybody on.

They're going to sit him out. As a result, the economy will not improve until this man leaves office.

Newsflash: The world economy is in a dire state. America is no exception to that. Obama is doing what he believes will help America to at best recover, and at worst get through with minimal damage. It amazes me that people seem to think Obama actually wants the situation to either stay bad or get worse.

David.

But he has done damage to business, the problem is that business isnt sure of just what the extent of that damage is. His health care plan is going to have an impact upon business, so is his tax policy, so is his regulatory policy. Until business can determine the extent of that damage, there is no reason to take on more employees.
