Oh sure. It was called "Careless Whisper." Not sure why it's changed the name of it. I love George Michael's voice, but I'm not crazy about that song. I like Wham!'s song "Last Christmas," "Freedom," and "I'm Your Man." That was before I listened to the lyrics, although, I know the lyrics pretty well in "Last Christmas." The last one mentioned, well, it isn't really a very clean song. ^_^
"Careless Whisper" does sound a lot better of a name...

The other ones you noted I'll have to go through since I've not yet heard of them..
I really like George's solo album (used to have the cassette). One of my favorite songs of his is "One More Try." One of my all-time favorite songs is George and Aretha Franklin's duet "I Knew You Were Waiting."
Good ones definately :)

Don't worry. We'll listen for ya. :D
Yes indeed ^_^ My mom told me last year when I was singing the song that she was sad at the fact that he was gay (and I believe "coming out") at the time of the song. But his music was still rocking :)

I'd never heard that song til now. How beautiful it is. Need to go back and listen more closely to catch all the lyrics.
Beautiful is indeed a good word for it.

He has the gift of song, and his voice is beautiful. This is the same for Elton John. He is very talented... has great songs, classics.

I used to like Toni, but lost interest in her voice and music some time ago.
What?!!! Like dang. I tend to stick with the folks I like for life..

♥ Toni Braxton - Un-Break My Heart - lyrics ♥

Good picks..

Truthfully, I liked Billy Joel more than Elton John growing up.

Toni's song "You Mean the World to Me," is the one I like the best of hers. I don't know. Haven't listened to her in years. Her voice got a bit too deep, especially in the unbreak my heart song. lol But she isn't a bad singer. I've just not listened to her in years.

Billy Joel. He's ok. My favorite of his is "Allentown" cause I like the music in it. ^_^

That's understandable. It did seem like her voice got a bit deeper over the years - although a lot of women have experienced that. The deepness of her voice seemed to show to me that she was in deep pain/passion. I've not really kept up with her CDs and all of her songs, although she is among the people I'd stop to listen to if I heard her on the radio station.

I think Annie Lennox's voice has gotten deeper in the past few years.

True. Some things you'd not expect with women tend to happen. Won't ever forget the family reunion I went to on my step-dad's side of the family and found out that one of my aunts had a thick mustache. Was tripped out at it (as she was in her 70s) - but a lot of people apparently have that.

LOL Some women with darker hair and from certain parts of the world (Mediterranean) have a bit of the mustaches going on. ^_^

Oh.....I didn't know on that. Well, at least it's a universal experience. Beauty in the eye of the beholder:)

I am not normally into the so called music genres often labeled indie-rock and dubstep. My daughters had me listen to these pieces by someone named Lindsey Stirling, and they are absolutely fantastic. I had to share.

This one is a cover of an Indie band called Imagine Dragons. She is playing with an a capella ensemble here, who are pretty amazing in their own right. This version is a thousand times better than the original.

... For some reason the second vid didn't want to display here, so I posted it in it's own post below.
