Concerning Northwestern Theological Seminary Administration:

I am always amazed at how a few immature Christians can be so mean spirited and disrespectful to a ministry of God and even their own school that they attend? None of us are perfect, we all make mistakes. As Christians, the Lord guides us to improive and grow in Christ. This applies individually and also to ministry bodies in general. We must always be striving to improve and to build up and nurture and help and do good for the benefit of others in Christ. We must not be gossiping, back biting and seeking to cause injury to others. If we notice mean spirited postings, we should immendately pray for the individual doing such evil as they are being influenced by Spirits that would cause harm and injury and discourage other Christians in the faith.

We appologize for any studnet that may have felt neglected by Northwestern Theologcial Seminary staff or faculty. I assure you that is has never been done intentionally. Please understand that we are a very busy school, a 33-year old worldwide educational ministry, with thousands of students to care for. With any large organization, there can be issues that arize which must be corrected. We do our best to resolve all matters brought to our attention.

It does not help anyone to get on the Internet in a forum and then attack a ministry or say mean things in a desire to injure and insult God's ministry. Let us love one another and seek to help and bless each other in Christ.

Now, we fully acknowledged that there were a few communication and grade posting delays resulting from a MOODLE crash over a year ago. We have been forced to build a new MOODLE, which is the latest MOODLE product to fully resolve this issue. We have thousands of students and such delays, effected only a handful of our students. Furthermore, communication delays were never intentional, there was never any intent to delay or injure. The system for student communications was also changed as a remedy for delays. As Christians, it is (Biblically) highly improper to threaten to take other Christians or Ministries of God to a secular court or to persecute or ridicule them in public forums. Dialogue with Ministry leadership should be used to resolve such concerns. There are a few who have made false statements and gross exaggerations online with the intent to hurt our seminary; we forgive you that you acted out of such anger.

No student has been slowed in their educational process at NTS in spite of our technical issues. In fact NTS students are enabled to earn their degrees in considerably less time than if attending most other seminaries. We are a ministry of God with the mission of blessing the Body of Christ and never to intentionally cause harm. Recently a phone number has been posted on all auto response messages from NTS Administration so that students who are having delays in communication can inform us immediately to resolve any such issue in the future. Simply call and leave a message and you will be contacted withing 48 hours except weekends and holidays.

As a Christian student, it is also not proper to attempt to harm the seminary that will be your alma-mater. It is also highly improper to attack a ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ seeking to cause injury. This is just mean spirited behavior and not from the Holy Spirit since our God does not attack His own ministries.

I strongly urge you to have dialogue with our Presiding Bishop our President or NTS Administration regarding any unfortunate circumstance so that resolve can be accomplished promptly and without the delay.

Please review scripture, first: *Refer to Matthew 7:1-5 And more specifically: In *1 Corinthians 6:1-11 Paul writes to the Corinthian church:

If any of you has a dispute with another, do you dare to take it before the ungodly for judgment instead of before the Lords people? Or do you not know that the Lords people will judge the world? And if you are to judge the world, are you not competent to judge trivial cases? Do you not know that we will
judge angels? How much more the things of this life! Therefore, if you have disputes about such matters, do you ask for a ruling from those whose way of life is scorned in the church? I say this to shame you. Is it possible that there is nobody among you wise enough to judge a dispute between believers?
But instead, one brother takes another to courtand this in front of unbelievers! The very fact that you have lawsuits among you means you have been completely defeated already. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated? Instead, you yourselves cheat and do wrong, and you do this to
your brothers and sisters. Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God?

I strongly suggest that you first submit any grievance to our Presiding Bishop or the Seminary Administration by e-mail, in an effort to find resolve within the Body of Christ. Pray over your communications and trust the Lord to bring promnpt resolve.

Sincerely in Christ, NTS Administration
